Vision
A generation of young leaders who learned it by doing it — and had a genuinely great time doing it. Whether it's a day, a week, or a month, we want an Impact OG trip to be the moment a teenager finds out what they're actually capable of.
Mission
We run youth service trips across Egypt, from one day to one month, combining meaningful hands-on service with an unforgettable travel experience. Students spend their days building, teaching, and supporting local communities, then unwind in comfortable accommodations, great food, and shared experiences that build lasting friendships. Every participant leaves with a verified record of their impact, stronger connections, and the confidence that they can do meaningful work while having an incredible time.
Where the Name Came From
OG = Original Good — the original instinct to help, create, and lead.
Every kid has an original instinct, before anyone teaches them otherwise — to help first, to notice who's left out, to give without being asked. Somewhere along the way, school starts rewarding the opposite: grades, rankings, being better than the person next to you. Impact OG is a week that goes back to the original instinct instead. Not a new skill. The original one, remembered.
Our Voice
We write the way we'd talk to a parent across a kitchen table, not the way a brochure talks. Direct over polished, specific over impressive-sounding, honest about what a trip actually involves rather than only its highlight reel. No exclamation points doing the work a real detail should be doing, and no talking down to a sixteen-year-old who's about to do something harder than most adults attempt.
