What actually happens between signing up and coming home — booking, preparation, and what to expect on the ground.

1. Apply or Enroll
Future Leaders Program is application-gated — we review fit before offering a spot. Our other program is open enrollment, first come first served.

2. Prepare
Once confirmed, students and parents get a pre-departure pack: packing list, health forms, orientation call, and what to expect week by week.

3. Travel & Serve
Students fly in, meet the team, and move straight into the program rhythm — service work, cultural immersion, and structured reflection, on a published daily schedule.

4. Return & Reflect
Every trip ends with a debrief, a CAS-mapped record of hours logged, and a follow-up call with parents.
