A deposit secures a student's place at booking, with the remaining balance due in installments ahead of departure — the full schedule is confirmed with your quote. Cancellations made well before departure receive a partial refund per our cancellation policy; costs already committed to partners (accommodation, permits, activities) closer to the trip date are non-refundable. Need-based financial aid and school-partnership discounts are available — ask when you request pricing.
